Turkish press reports revealed today, Wednesday, that Egyptian international Mahmoud Hassan “Trezeguet,” a player for the Turkish Trabzonspor team, is a candidate to return again to the English Premier League starting next season.
The 29-year-old moved to Trabzonspor from Aston Villa in the summer of 2022 for (3 million pounds sterling).
The Turkish newspaper “61trabzonhaber” reported that Trezeguet is a candidate to return to the English Premier League again in light of the levels he is performing with the Trabzonspor team.
The Turkish newspaper added that the Trabzonspor club could obtain double the value of the deal in 2022.
The newspaper explained that it is possible to sell Trezeguet for (13 million pounds sterling), meaning that the Turkish club will receive a gain estimated at (10 million pounds sterling).
Trezeguet has a contract with Trabzonspor until the summer of 2026, and his current value, according to the Transfer Market website, is estimated at approximately (9 million euros).
The Egyptian international performs at great levels with his team, Trabzonspor, as he participated in (23 matches) in all competitions, during which he scored (11 goals) and made (4 more goals).
