The camp of the first national football team began this evening, Tuesday, during the international break.
The Egyptian national team is preparing for the matches between Burkina Faso and Guinea Bissau, scheduled for June 6 and 10 next month in the third and fourth rounds of the qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
The Egyptian national team camp witnessed 24 players attending the national team camp on its first day, with the exception of Mohamed Salah and Mohamed Sharif, who are scheduled to arrive on June 1 and May 29, respectively.
The team’s technical staff, led by Hossam Hassan, and Ibrahim Hassan, the team’s manager, were keen to receive the players, namely:
Mohamed El-Shenawy, Mostafa Schubert, Mohamed Awad, Mahdi Soliman, Mohamed Abdel Moneim, Ramy Rabiea, Yasser Ibrahim, Ahmed Ramadan Beckham, Mohamed Hani, Akram Tawfiq, Mohamed Hamdy, Ahmed Fattouh, Marwan Attia, Hamdy Fathi, Ahmed Nabil Koka, Imam Ashour, Ahmed Sayed Zizo, Nasser Maher, Ibrahim Adel, Mustafa Fathi, Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet, and Mustafa Mohamed. And Muhammad Al-Shami and Ahmed Amin Ofa.
Our national team will meet its counterpart, Burkina Faso, on Thursday, the sixth of next June, at ten o’clock in the evening, Cairo time, at Cairo International Stadium.
