A source from within Al-Ahly Club revealed the club’s position on the departure of Amer Hussein, Chairman of the Competitions Committee of the Professional Clubs Association, in the current period.
The source said in exclusive statements to “Corabia” that Al-Ahly did not offer him a final opinion on the idea of Amer Hussein’s departure from the Competitions Committee, during the events accompanying the crisis of the summit match that was scheduled to be held today, Tuesday, before Zamalek announced its apology for not participating in it. .

The source added that Al-Ahly management generally sees Amer Hussein’s success in this position, and that he is good at dealing with matters in light of the clubs’ participation in many tournaments and successive football events during the season.
Zamalek Club had requested from the Professional Clubs Association the necessity of the departure of Amer Hussein, Chairman of the Competitions Committee, due to the lack of crises that the Egyptian League has been suffering from in the recent period, due to postponed matches.
