He decided to treat him at his own expense, issuing instructions to the clinic management to open it to receive patients throughout the day, in a humanitarian gesture, during his inspection tour today of the shops and markets of the West District to control prices.
Today, Sunday, the Governor of Assiut met with many citizens during his field tour that targeted some food chains, shops and markets in the West Assiut district, on foot, during which he aimed to meet citizens and listen to their complaints and requests, directing an urgent response to them. He also met the child “Shady” and his father, who complained about his inability to treat his son at the dermatology and venereal clinic. Immediately, the Governor took him to the clinic, deciding to sign an urgent medical examination for him and purchase the treatment at his own expense. He also directed the clinic’s leaders to receive patients throughout the day and facilitate the services provided to them.
The governor explained that serving citizens and meeting their demands and needs according to the available capabilities and the law is at the top of his priorities, noting that all executive agencies are striving with all their capabilities to work to meet and achieve the hopes and aspirations of the people of Assiut and its citizens and to preserve the public interest in implementation of the state’s directives to achieve social justice and the required care for all citizens.
