Former UAE national team player Badr Al Mutawa appeared in military uniform in a snapshot of the Qatar and UAE national team match, within the Arabian Gulf Cup tournament.
Badr Al-Mutawa previously played 196 international matches with the Kuwaiti national team, during which he scored 56 goals. He is one of the best players in the history of the national team.
The player Badr Al Mutawa works as an officer in the ranks of the Emirati police, and he was used to secure the matches of the ongoing Arabian Gulf Cup tournament.
The 39-year-old player did not join the Kuwaiti national team in the 26th Gulf Championship due to the choices of coach Antonio Pizzi, as he has not participated with the national team since 2022.
