Baghdad Bounedjah, Qatari Al-Sadd striker
Today, Algerian reports revealed the fate of Algerian international Baghdad Bounedjah, striker of Al-Sadd Qatar and the Algerian national team, after his team announced his departure at the end of the current season.
Al-Sadd Qatar announced the departure of Bounedjah at the end of the current season, bringing the player’s career with Al-Sadd to an end after 9 years he spent in the Qatari League, after he joined the team in 2015 coming from Etoile du Sahel of Tunisia.

According to one of the Algerian sports programs, Baghdad has many Arab offers, led by the Saudi League clubs, specifically Al-Shabab Club, in addition to the desire of the Emirati team Al Ain to contract with the player if the Emirati team is able to win the AFC Champions League for its current season.
The Algerian program added, during its report, that crowning the Al Ain team in the championship guarantees its participation in the next edition of the World Cup with its new system, which is scheduled to be held in America with the participation of 32 clubs, which makes the Emirati team work to strengthen its team with strong deals, in preparation for the most prominent event.
Al-Ahly’s position on contracting with Baghdad Bounedjah
Regarding Al-Ahly’s position on contracting with the 32-year-old player, the report explained: “The Egyptian team believes that the player needs a huge financial contract, and his advanced age makes it difficult for him to join the Red Castle.”
The Algerian striker participated with Al Sadd in 228 matches, during which he managed to score 201 goals and provide 60 assists.
