Dr. Mahmoud Issa, Deputy Governor of Gharbia, held many leadership positions in Gharbia Governorate, whether in the First District or the Second District of Tanta, starting as Deputy Head of the District and then assuming the position of Head of the Second District of Tanta for several years.
Dr. Mahmoud Issa gained the trust of the former Governor of Gharbia, Dr. Tarek Rahmy, for his distinguished performance and proven competence on the ground and in implementing the directives assigned to him.
Dr. Mahmoud Issa, the new deputy governor, supervised the Tanta Corniche development project during his work as head of the Second Tanta District. Through the work group, he was able to create a real boom and the Corniche became a destination and a place of relaxation for the people of Tanta.
Dr. Mahmoud Issa also held the position of Head of Tanta Center and City, and obtained a PhD in Law from Tanta University, and is a member of the Young Leaders Council in Gharbia Governorate.
