Jude Bellingham refused to come off against Switzerland when England manager Gareth Southgate made changes to freshen up the attack.

By the 78th minute, Southgate wanted to make 3 changes to England’s lineup, after conceding a surprise goal from Switzerland, including a substitution with Bellingham leaving and Cole Palmer entering.
