Details of Al-Ahly’s offer to close the deal for ZD defender

Al-Ahly officials have submitted a new offer to sign Mohamed Ismail, defender of ZFC, next season.

Al-Ahly wants to add a new player to the defense line after reaching an agreement with Youssef Ayman, a player for Al-Duhail SC of Qatar.

Al-Ahly’s efforts to sign Algerian international Zinedine Belaid failed, as he left for Belgian club Sint-Truiden.

An informed source within Al-Ahly told “Erm News” that the past few days have witnessed intensive contacts from the Red Castle management to conclude the deal for ZD defender Mohamed Ismail.

He pointed out that Mohamed Ismail gained the confidence of the planning committee due to his high technical capabilities, his excellent handling of aerial balls, and his young age. In addition, the Swiss Marcel Koller, the technical director, gave the green light to contract with him.

The source explained that Al-Ahly submitted an offer to the ZED club, which includes dispensing with the services of Taher Mohamed Taher or the Algerian Ahmed Qandousi, in order to facilitate the deal to join Mohamed Ismail.

Kohler agreed to Taher’s departure because there was more than one alternative in his position, and he also gave the green light to Kandoussi’s departure despite his remarkable brilliance in his loan experience with Ceramica Cleopatra, scoring 8 goals this season.
