Books – Hani Saber:
Actress Elham Shaheen shared pictures from her friend, singer Samira Saeed, with her followers on social media, and sent a message to her.
Elham posted the photos on her Instagram account, and commented: “My dear beloved, the beautiful star Samira Said… Happy birthday, the most delicate, kind, purest, and most compassionate Capricorn star.”
She added: “I love you with all my heart and I wish you a year full of goodness, health, beauty, brilliance and success. May God grant you everything you wish for and make your heart happy, my love.”
Yousra, Laila Alawi, Samira Saeed, and director Enas El Deghaidy appeared in the photos alongside Elham Shaheen.
On the other hand, singer Samira Said celebrated her 67th birthday yesterday, Friday, as she was born on January 10, 1958.
Throughout her artistic career, Samira Said presented approximately 46 albums, and won many awards, including the World Music Awards and the BBC International Music Awards. King Mohammed VI also awarded her the “Order of the Commander” during the Throne Day celebrations in 2009.
Samira Saeed married musician Hani Muhanna, then they separated after a marriage that lasted several years. Then she married businessman Mustafa Al-Nabulsi, with whom she gave birth to her only son, “Shadi.”
Samira Said was born in Morocco. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Arts, French Department. She participated in a talent program in Morocco when she was 9 years old and sang for Kawkab Al-Sharq, Umm Kulthum.
Samira began her artistic career when she was 10 years old with her first works (My God), (Glory be to God), (Say to the Maliha), and (We Complain to Our Loved Ones). She released her first CD in 1971, entitled “Meeting,” and moved to Cairo in 1977, where she performed two songs. With Muhammad Sultan, “The World is Like This” and “The Love I Live.”
