Ghazl El Mahalla youth player entered intensive care after losing consciousness on the field

An ambulance transported 19-year-old Islam Moawad, one of the youth sector players. The player had been exposed to a collision on the playing field, which resulted in him falling to the ground and his heart stopping. The medical team immediately went down to the playing field, treated the player, and transported him in the existing ambulance to Ghazl El Mahalla Hospital.

The player was placed in intensive care, under observation, after it was confirmed that all his vital operations and the level of consciousness were intact.

Engineer Fathi Abu Zeid, Director of the Media Center at Ghazl El Mahalla Football Company, confirmed that the player has regained consciousness and is currently accompanied by a medical team inside the hospital to conduct the necessary tests on him and follow up to check on him.
