The first episode of the series “Highest Viewing Rate” by Salma Abu Deif began with an overview of the life of “Shaima” (Salma Abu Deif), a poor girl who is nearly thirty years old and lives with her father, mother, and sisters in a poor neighborhood, and is still studying at a “social service institute.”
