Maggie Tabibi, anchor of the main news broadcast of Channel 14, was chosen to lead the beacon ceremony on Mount Herzl, in the most complex year the State of Israel has known. When the broadcast started, and our hearts still hurt so much, she came up looking like a pure angel, or maybe actually like a white dove, one that with all our hearts we wanted to imagine as a peace dove with unifying and optimistic messages. We went to check who was responsible for the masterpiece she wore, and the garment was so symbolic that without explaining we were able to understand its meaning
At first glance, the garment that Maggie wore looks like a long jacket, but it is a dress in the cut of a tailored white jacket, which falls to the floor. The dress, unsurprisingly we must mention, was designed by the Israeli designer Birch oak Shamon is responsible for so many of the more memorable outfits in Israeli culture, as well as designing the garment she wore Eden Golan Last Saturday when she rocked the Eurovision stage.
The stylist responsible for Tavibi’s look is Itay Bezali, who is also like Birch, signed quite a few of the most loved and talked about looks of the big stars.
