After reviewing the Constitution, the Sports Law issued by Law No. 71 of 2017, the Olympic Charter, the bylaws of the Egyptian Olympic Committee, the bylaws of the Future FC Club, and the minutes of the extraordinary general assembly of Future Club dated January 22, 2024, approving the change of the club’s name from Future FC Club to Modern Sport Club based on the decision of the club’s extraordinary general assembly, and this decision shall be effective from the day following the date of its publication.
