The price of gold fell today, Saturday, in Egypt, with the beginning of trading, and the price of a gram decreased by 105 pounds compared to its prices yesterday evening.
The price of a gram of 21 carat gold rose by about 150 pounds per gram, to record 3,350 pounds, at the end of trading yesterday, Friday, after a big jump in global gold prices.

14-karat gold prices fell to 2,163 pounds per gram.
The price of 18 carat gold was about 2781 pounds per gram.
The price of 21 carat gold reached 3245 pounds per gram.
The price of 24 carat gold reached about 3709 pounds per gram.

The price of the gold pound fell to 25,960 pounds, and the price may vary from one merchant to another, and this price is equal to the value of gold in the pound.
Gold price globally
The global price of gold rose to about $2,179 per ounce (an ounce is equivalent to about 31.1 grams of 24 karat) during Friday’s trading, an increase of 0.88%, according to the latest update of Bloomberg data.
