Alexandria Governorate announced the return of the load-reducing plan in all districts of the governorate after a hiatus that lasted for more than a month, in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers, to confront emergency load-reducing.
According to a statement issued by the governorate, a short while ago, the actual implementation of the plan will begin starting today, Monday, as the new power outage schedule included 11 time groups within the governorate, with the duration of the interruption being two hours for each group.
The announcement of the plan to reduce electricity loads, which is being implemented in the various governorates, comes after coordination between the Ministries of Electricity and Petroleum, after an exceptional period in which work on reducing loads was suspended during the holy month of Ramadan and the Eid al-Fitr holiday.
