The Egyptian national team will meet its counterpart, Burkina Faso, today, Thursday, in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
The match between Egypt and Burkina Faso will start today, Thursday, at ten in the evening, as part of the third round of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, at Cairo International Stadium.
The national team enters the match under the leadership of technical director Hossam Hassan, looking to achieve victory and continue to lead, and move one step closer to the dream of qualifying for the World Cup.
The Egyptian national team occupies the lead in Group A with 6 points after achieving victory in the first two matches, while the Burkina Faso national team occupies second place with four points after achieving a victory in one match and a draw in the other.
It was decided that the match between Egypt and Burkina Faso, at 10 pm today, Thursday, will be broadcast on the first On Time Sports channel, with an analytical studio present before and after the match, as well as the encrypted Saudi SSC Sport channel.
