The educational departments in the governorate continue to mark the second semester exams for students in the transportation classes, provided that the date of announcing the results and the methods for obtaining them will be revealed in the coming days. After the final correction and grade monitoring work is completed, the Giza Directorate of Education will announce the results of the second semester exams for all students in the transfer classes on clear lists inside the schools.
Transfer grade students and parents can obtain subject grades in the second semester by name and seat number, after announcing them through the results sheets that will be posted directly on the bulletin boards inside the schools, without collecting any sums of money under any name.
The student or his guardian has the opportunity to appeal the result to the educational administration as soon as it appears, as the Giza Directorate of Education specifies 5 steps to appeal the result of the second semester exams for students in the transfer classes (from the fourth grade of primary school to the second grade of middle school), as follows:
1- The student or his guardian submits a grievance request to the Director General of the educational administration to which the student belongs, provided that he specifies the subject or subjects whose results he wishes to appeal.
2- Pay the prescribed fees in accordance with the financial bulletin issued by the General Administration for Financial and Administrative Guidance at the Ministry of Education.
3- The instructions of the educational administration are followed to view the student’s examination papers for the subjects whose grades are contested.
4- After the end of the grievances period and review of the comments and observations made by the student or his guardian, a decision will be made on those comments by a committee formed from the directives, each according to his specialty, and then the results are announced whether the student is eligible to file a grievance or not.
5- If the student is entitled to file a grievance and his grades are increased, he will be entitled to recover the financial value paid for the grievance.
