The early hours of this morning witnessed a verbal war between comedian Shaima Saif and Kuwaiti media personality Fajr Al-Saeed.
As usual, Fajr was the first to take the lead in this war because of its habit of engaging in controversy and raising many problems with public figures in Egypt, whether media professionals, artists, or others.
The beginning was when Fajr Al-Saeed criticized Shaima Saif’s statements, which she made on the “People’s Talk” program, about her undergoing gastric sleeve surgery and losing her weight by about 50 kilograms.
Fajr published a picture of Shaima after she lost weight on her social media accounts, commenting: “Shaima Saif has weakened and her blood has become heavy. She used to kill me with laughter, and now she is breaking my heart. It is unfortunate for her that we have lost a comedy star.”
In turn, Shaima did not remain silent on this criticism, as she responded to it through her Instagram account, without mentioning Fajr Al-Saeed, and contented herself with a hint, as she wrote: “The iniquities and lightness of blood are on my tongue, not fat and paunch, haaa, and take care, Safra, come and drink tea because I am boycotting.”
Then Fajr came back to criticize her again, as she re-published Shaima’s post, commenting: “Shaima Saif describes the one whose blood she criticized as being yellow, since I am the one being targeted. Can you change the color to yellow because I don’t like Al-Qadisiyah Club, especially after they turned off the club’s lights on the Kuwait Club fans who are celebrating? When his team won the Premier League, he left it white because I am Kuwaiti and Zamalek and my color is white, and the yellow, look at someone else, gave me this characteristic, and I think you are closer than me to them, as the colors are similar.”
This is not the first time that Fajr Al-Saeed has entered into verbal altercations with our Egyptian artists. Her file is full of quarrels and disagreements that were fabricated by the Kuwaiti media to stir up controversy around her. One of her most famous battles, which she waged alone, was when she fiercely attacked the artist Naglaa Fathi when the Egyptian artist, who is Mu’tazila, appeared without makeup. About art for many years.
Then, Fajr mocked her appearance, and wrote on her social media accounts: “Dear Naglaa Fathi, the legend of beauty in the seventies, advice from the heart: do not publish pictures of yourself at this stage of your life and let the public live on your old image. Look at your colleagues, how they maintained their beauty, and follow their advice and come back.” To appear in a block close to the previous one, but at your current age, Mervat Amin of your generation is still very beautiful, Nadia Al-Jundi is still beautiful, and others and others, even Enas Al-Deghaidy, who is pictured with you, still maintains her elegance at her current age.”
She also created a fight with the artist Mohamed Mounir, where she mocked his voice and wrote on her account: “I do not like Mohamed Mounir, and I do not know how people hear him at all.”
There is also her dispute with broadcaster Bossi Shalabi, from which she was also not spared, as Fajr criticized a photo that Bossi posted of herself on her Instagram account, and then Fajr commented provocatively: “Who is this?”, to which Bossi responded: “Your aunt.”
Broadcaster Basma Wahba joined the list of Fajr Al-Saeed’s victims, as she was criticized because Basma raised the issue of the artist Yasmine Abdel Aziz’s separation from her husband, the artist Ahmed Al-Awadi. Fajr attacked her with harsh words, saying: You divorced your Saudi husband and did not open the channels to discuss the reasons for your divorce, and you married your husband. Finally, no one discussed your marriage on the channels, and you went through a famous crisis that all your close friends know about.”
She continued: “May we know why you opened an entire episode to discuss the divorce of the great artist Yasmine Abdel Aziz? Is this an admission that all of your media history does not excite people and you do not care about what is going on around you, and the history of Yasmine Abdel Aziz, who is the age of your little sister, is it the trend or is it a psychological complex within you?” I don’t know what caused it? Is it from Yasmine specifically or any beautiful and successful woman? Finally, I wish you recovery from a disease that is worse than cancer.”
