President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi witnessed the activities of the 39th Armed Forces Educational Symposium; On the occasion of the celebration of Martyr’s Day.

The events began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an in the voice of reciter Sheikh Ayman Akl. This came during the educational symposium organized by the Egyptian Armed Forces, prepared and equipped by the Morale Affairs Department of the Armed Forces.

After that, the artist Khaled Zaki spoke, in a documentary film, about the giving of the martyrs throughout all stages of history, stressing that the martyrs are the lamp that illuminates the path for us, and the homelands remain with their banners high due to the sacrifices they made and made.

He added: “History in all ages has confirmed that the life of a martyr is always stronger than the sword of his killer, and from the heart of Egypt were Riyadh, Al-Rifai, Sadat, Haroun and others, whose memory will continue to live with us everywhere… For every martyr who defended his homeland, a thousand greetings and a million peace and blessings be upon you, O Egypt, Egypt is strength and magnificence…Egypt is security and safety…Egypt is love…Egypt is peace.”

During the activities of the 39th Armed Forces Educational Symposium, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and the attendees stood up to perform the martyr’s salute.

After that, President Sisi witnessed a parade by the soldiers about sacrificing their lives for the homeland in any ordeal or test to live in safety and security in the hands of his sons, pledging to complete this in the face of any challenges with determination, endurance and overcoming the ordeal, and to remain a support and security for the homeland with one hand, one goal and one destiny, stressing that Martyr’s Day is Glory to the nations.

During the parade, the soldiers affirmed their continuation of the journey, “martyr after martyr,” which is considered a source of pride and gratitude, chanting, “Long live Egypt, long live Egypt, long live Egypt.”

The artist, Mohamed Riyad, gave speeches about the martyr and the pride and pride in him for the blood, generosity and courage he offered in front of the enemies, explaining that there is no homeland without determination and no survival except with the blood of the martyrs, and that the martyr knows that whatever the cost, the homeland must live, even if it is through self-sacrifice.

President Sisi witnessed a recording titled “Banners of Victory,” in which artist Khaled Zaki reviewed the sacrifices of the men of the armed forces in defending the homeland.

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi also witnessed a singing segment about “Martyr’s Day,” and a choir performed a song entitled “My Father Taught Me the Meaning of Martyrdom.”
