The price of a gram of gold rose today, Saturday, by 20 pounds at the end of trading, compensating for its morning loss, after falling by 40 pounds during morning trading compared to the end of trading yesterday, according to what Naguib Naguib, former Secretary General of the Gold Division at the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, told Masrawy.
The price of a gram had risen by 20 pounds during midday trading.
Gold prices today
14 karat gold prices rose to 2153 pounds per gram.
The price of 18 karat gold was about 2769 pounds per gram.
The price of 21 carat gold reached 3,230 pounds per gram.
The price of 24 carat gold reached about 3691 pounds per gram.
