Wrestling
-The Vikings will return to action with one match this week, hosting Purdue on Wednesday, December 18 in the FloWrestling: Night in America Match.
-This will be Cleveland State’s second dual of the season, and the lone contest before the New Year.
-Last time out, the Vikings hosted their annual CSU Open, finishing with five placers and one champion in Nick Molchak (133 pounds).

Men’s Basketball

-Cleveland State will host a pair of games this week, welcoming Oakland on Thursday, December 19 and Midway on Sunday, December 22.

-Last time out, the Vikings picked up a 103-37 victory over Brescia, improving to 6-6 overall this season.

-Through 12 games played, Tevin Smith leads the Vikings averaging 12.5 points per game, while Dylan Arnett is averaging a team-best 7.8 rebounds per game.

Women’s Basketball

-The Vikings will have their busiest stretch of the 2024-25 season this week, playing three games over six days.

-Cleveland State will open the week at Wright State on Monday, December 16, before traveling to Puerto Rico to face Morgan State (December 19) and Puerto Rico-Mayaguez (December 21).

-Last time out, the Vikings picked up a 78-59 victory over Bethune-Cookman, improving to 8-2 on the year and extending their current home win streak to 28 straight games to rank third among Division I teams.

Jordana Reisma, Women’s Basketball

Scored a career-high 25 points on 11-for-13 shooting in the win over Bethune-Cookman, along with seven rebounds and four blocked shots.
